and with a lick of paint.

before (I forgot to take a before photo before I did the coat of primer.)

So this is a pretty easy fix up job but shows the big difference a coat of paint can make. I bought this coffee table from an op shop for $5 because I thought the legs were awfully cute.
All I needed to do to make it right for the lounge room was give it a coat of primer and then two coats of black paint.

I love how paint can make such a difference.

  4. I'm addicted to painting things hahaha having started renovating 10 months ago I know that it's the quickest way to see changes! Keep up the good work! You've definitely inspired me to keep an eye out for op shops and garage sales when we move home so that I can fill our house with antiques and fun quirky things for a fraction of the cost you'd pay if you bought things brand new!
